Legal advice, no matter how accurate, that does not take into account the client’s unique environment and frame of reference, as well as the effect of that advice on other facets of the client’s life, is only a notch better than no advice, or for that matter, bad advice.

Even though our clients are usually entities, in the end, our real clients are persons. In order to solve their problems we must understand people. We need to speak their language and understand their concerns.

Our mission is to analyze the business’ ethics, its corporate style, the personal values of its directors and their tolerance levels for risk, in order for us to provide both flexible and dynamic solutions.
